South Beach Diet Recipes For Desserts

As you may already know the average diet does not allow you to eat desserts. It can be very difficult to see others around you enjoying delicious desserts and know you can’t have any. In fact, that is one of the temptations that causes many people to cave in and go back to eating whatever they want and breaking their diets.

However, the South Beach Diet is different. You are allowed to eat desserts with this diet, which is one thing that makes it easier to stick with this one. You may be surprised to learn that there are many low carbohydrates and sugar free desserts available for you to enjoy.

Here are a few great South Beach Diet Recipes for Desserts that you can try out. All of these recipes were taken from “The South Beach Diet Cookbook” written by Arthur Agatston, M.D.
